Office Renovations

We recently renovated offices using Blackwell Contracts. Stephen and Jackie were very easy to work with Accommodating, Organised and very efficient. Any issues that arose were easily dealt with and we would have no hesitation using them again.

Home Extension

We used Blackwell construction to refurbish and extend our house in 2019. It was a daunting task to work with a pair of architects on their own house and then no small feat not to fall out with them!
Stephen did a wonderful job on our house, it was not a straightforward project but he and his team pulled it off with aplomb. There was nothing he wouldn't have done to get us in the door. We will always be extremely grateful for the wonderful home he made us!

Home Renovation

We are very happy we chose Blackwell to carry out our renovation project, they were a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. On costs, they came in on budget and worked with us (and our architect) in a collaborative way during the build, suggesting changes that saved us money which we spent in other places. Stephen Gregory, who led the project, was extremely easy to deal with, never gritting his teeth with our (sometimes difficult) requests. Special shout out to Jackie, who was also a huge help on the interior design aspects of the project (this was not part of her role but she was always helping us source household items that we wanted). We had some apprehension going into a significant renovation project at a very busy period in our lives, both in work, and with a new baby arriving in the middle of it all – but Stephen, Jackie and the team took as much off our plates as we could have hoped. We would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Restaurant Fit Out

Winner the 'Workplace and Fit-out' Award at the Irish Architecture Awards

After securing the first location for my pizza restaurant, PI, I needed to find a contractor that could provide a turnkey solution for the fit-out. Blackwell Contracts came highly recommended. Precisely why became apparent right from the first meeting – they really listened, understood my needs and approached each challenge that the unit presented with a positive, can-do attitude. Throughout the project they offered creative solutions that enabled the project to stay on programme and on budget.
