Stephen Gregory
Managing Director
Stephen has been managing director and founder of Blackwell Contracts since 2002. His active involvement and ‘hands on’ approach to contract management ensures that he keeps a tight rein on delivering a quality service with a customer centered approach from design stage to contract completion. Working for over twenty years in the construction industry and being a trained plumber, Stephen has gained valuable experience which helps him to steer Blackwell Contracts towards continued growth and success. His wealth of experience of both public and private contracts include Office and Retail Fit-outs, plumbing packages, Housing New builds and Extensions.
Jackie Gregory
Business Development Director
Jackie has been a member of the Blackwell team 2018.
Her active involvement in the day to day running of the business and project management skills has hugely benefited Blackwell Contracts. With over 16 years’ experience in management and leadership roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry prior to joining the Blackwell team. She has been involved and managed a number of large projects within her previous roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
Philip Healy
Head of Property and Business Development
Phil has recently joined the Blackwell team.
Philip has been involved for over 20 years in the property sector across various Bank’s and with property developers. He is an experienced and versatile Business Development and Relationship manager. Philip brings with him a database of connections in the industry that will be invaluable to our growth plans. Philip is responsible for managing our property portfolio of assets, while also bringing new business to the group.
Damien McKenna
Site Foreman & Qualified Carpenter
Damien has been a member of the Blackwell team since 2019.
He has varied experience in the construction industry which has been built up through experience and education. He has experience from site management on housing renovation and extensions projects, training and safety onsite. Damien’s background is a trained Carpenter. Damien is also responsible for training apprentices and supporting the completion of their carpentry apprenticeship program.
Bobby Carolan
Site Foreman& Qualified Plumber
Bobby has been a member of the Blackwell team since 2013.
He has varied experience in the construction industry which has been built up through experience and education. He has experience from site management on plumbing projects, training and safety onsite. Bobby’s background is a trained plumber. Bobby is also responsible for training apprentices and supporting the completion of their plumbing apprenticeship program.
Aidas Eidukevicius
Contract Cleaning Manager
Aidas is our most recent and welcome addition to the Blackwell Team.
Aidas is a highly skilled Head of Industrial Cleaning with a total of fifteen years work experience in the Public Transport sector in Ireland. Aidas has a wealth of experience overseeing cleaning staff and maintaining high standards of quality, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a balance of quality and productivity among staff.
Paul Crowley
Apartment Refurbishment Foreman
Paul has worked in the construction industry for the last 15 years and brings a wealth of experience to the business. He is a methodical thinker and is responsible for overseeing the completions of all Apartment refurbishments, both in Dublin and Nationwide. He does this by working closely with the management team and setting deadlines for specific tasks, ensuring our clients are always satisfied and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
He is a qualified carpenter by trade and also a former League of Ireland footballer for over 15 years.
Ashling Cullen
Apartment Refurbishment Coordinator
Aisling worked in the Health Sector for 10 years before joining us and transforming those skills to the Construction Sector. Her business manner and ability to build rapports quickly results in positive relationships with both contractors and suppliers. Her administrative experience and ability to organize, plan and manage the day to day functions of Blackwell make her an integral part of the team.
