This project involved the complete restoration of office space across 3 floors and a new roof terrace area opposite to the historic GPO building. The project involved the restoration of the original hardwood flooring, coving and picture rails and fireplaces. The design by AND-architecture UK gives a domestic feel to this very creative office space.

This Project involved a Landlord fit-out and Tenant fit-out that run simultaneously. The fit-out involved raised access flooring, suspended ceilings, electrical and mechanical services with planned link in with Landlord services. Office design and finish to a modern light and spacious office plan.

House South Circular Road
There wasn’t a part of this house that didn’t need replacing, repairing or reconfiguring. It underwent a major renovation that included an extension to the rear, the restoration of period features like coving and picture rails, fireplaces and the installation of new windows, which were instrumental in taking the house from a G Ber to its current B3. A long roof light over the kitchen in the rear extension brought beautiful lighting to the area.
